Refund Policy
At Simply Fresh Cleaning LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. We do our best to deliver high-quality cleaning services and ensure every client is happy with the results. However, due to the nature of our business, we do not offer full refunds once a service has been completed.
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly return to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge. Our goal is to make it right.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for prepaid services that are canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment time. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service total.
